How do I check my store credit balance?
You can view your account and store credit balance by clicking on MY ACCOUNT in top navigation.
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting the Marketing Team at swag@premierequipment.ca
How do I get more PremierSWAG store credit?
Please have your manager contact the Marketing Team at swag@premierequipment.ca for assistance in getting more store credit. We will work with the accounting team to transfer/confirm funds from your relationship account.
Can I purchase some swag items for my own personal use/family/friends etc. ?
Some items on the PremierSWAG site are exclusively giveaway items meant for customer relationships.
Can I return PremierSWAG items?
Yes! If the item is unused and in new condition we will happily restock the item. If you require a return please email swag@premierequipment.ca and arrange to have the item delivered back to Elmira (Attn: Marketing Team) for restocking. You will be required to place a new order if you want to replace the item that you returned.
Can I send this website to customer/family/friends?
No, thank you. 😊
What do I do if I forgot my password/login information for the website?
You can either click on “Forgot password” on the login screen OR contact the Marketing Team at swag@premierequipment.ca and we can send you a reset password email.
How long will I have to wait for my items?
Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery via the inter-store truck for in-stock items. Please check the product description on “Pre-Order” items for approximate wait time. We are looking to leverage orders and begin to build a modest stock of regular items. More expensive jackets, etc will likely be ordered in batches to meet manufacturer minimums and save on freight charges. COVID-NOTICE – our suppliers do their best to ensure the items we’ve selected are available, however things can be extremely variable these days. If there is an issue with any of the items you’ve requested, the marketing team will work with you to find a solution/alternative.
